Before you get started with us, you need to know about the site. The rules are pretty easy but you still need to read them. And there is some character information you might be interested in.

Sometimes us admins need to update you with the latest on the site. These are important so be sure to read them. The most important notices will be pinned to all boards but it still doesn't hurt to glance in here.

Come here for questions, suggestions and what not. Someone will respond asap. If someone doesn't reply immediately, just be patient. We have lives too.

Finally got your Hogwarts letter? Well, first you have to come here and introduce them to the site. It's not difficult. Just follow the application and fill it all out. Please don't start rping until an admin has accepted your character.

After we have accepted your character, they will be moved here into the proper board and you're free to start role playing.

Come here for character developing. The claims board is in here also. We have relationship building, plot discussions and trackers.

This is for in-character things such as letters, writing a journal, or making a photo album.

Elfie is the kitche house elf that knows everything about everyone. She'll tell you everything about everyone.

If you have a piece of gossip that you want posted, pm elfie and let her know. She'll tell the whole school for you.

The grounds of the school consist of a large area encompassing the castle, and contain a number of buildings and features belonging to the school. The land itself is a series of rolling lawns, or the inhospitable side of a rather craggy mountain. There are a number of flowerbeds within the grounds, and also bushes just right for snogging behind. And we can't forget the whomping willow. Go near it and it will hit you rather hard.

Located under the castle, the dark and dusty dungeon is home to the Slytherins and the Hufflepuffs.

Welcome to the great hall. Located right in front of the castle. You have the grand stair case going up and the entrance hall to your right. And don't forget the dungeons to the left.

Here are the all the classes that Hogwarts offers. Make sure you're able to stay awake. You don't want detention.

Containing thousands of books on thousands of shelves. Included in its many sections is an Invisibility section, a section with information about dragons and the Restricted section set off with a rope.

Several white beds and walls located right next to the nurses office. Don't be surprised if there's someone else in there.

Not exactly a room of common knowlege, but is very useful to those who do know of it. The doors appear by walking by three times concentrating on what you need.

The astronomy tower and owlry are here for student use. And also the headmasters tower.

In here you can find the Gryffindor common room and the dorms. Remember gryffindors only. No sneaking in.

In here you can find the Ravenclaw common room and the dorms. Remember ravenclaws only. No sneaking in.

In here you can find the Hufflepuff common room and the dorms. Remember hufflepuffs only. No sneaking in.

In here you can find the Slytherin common room and the dorms. Remember slytherins only. No sneaking in.

Located just below the Hogwarts castle, Hogsmeade is the only wizarding town in England. Only third and above years are allowed to visit but all the students sneak down occasionally.

Tapping just the right brick in the wall behind the Leaky Cauldron in London will reveal an archway which is a portal into Diagon Alley, a long cobbled street where is to be found a strange and exciting assortment of shops and restaurants. It is unquestionably the hub of commerce in the British wizarding world, with virtually every wizarding business stationed there.

Just around the corner from Diagon Alley lies a dark, twisting alleyway devoted to the Dark Arts: Knockturn Alley. Not only are the wares sold there a bit dodgy, but the wizards hanging around behave fairly suspiciously as well. From the shops and the street vendors one can purchase, among other things, shrunken heads, poisonous candles, human-looking fingernails, and Flesh-Eating Slug Repellent.

The Ministry of Magic is the governmental authority for the Wizarding world in Britain. The basic mission of the Ministry is to keep the Muggles from finding out about an entire culture of magical folk. It's a huge, complicated, and inefficient bureaucracy, just like most governmental organizations.

Far out in the icy waters of the North Sea lies a tiny island that is home to one of the most terrible places on earth: Azkaban, the wizarding prison.

Founded in late 1500s or early 1600s by Mungo Bonham, St. Mungo's Hospital is the primary wizarding hospital in Britain. Located in an abandoned department store in London, the hospital's Healers treat wizards for all sorts of magic-related illnesses and injuries.

Here is the house that Lord Voldemort grew up in. Modern day death eaters have turned this house into their headquarters, thinking it was only appropriate.

Here is the old Black house that is now the headquarters for the order of the Phoenix.

This is where all the the witches and wizards live. If they want a place to live of course.
